This website doesn’t use cookies, and nothing tracks you from page to page.

When you send an enquiry

When you use the contact form, I receive your first and last name, email address and message, plus the optional details you choose to give (preferred dates, number of people, French level). I also note the country your connection comes from, but not your IP address. I use this only to answer your enquiry and, if you book, to organise your stay.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts the website, stores enquiries (in the EU and worldwide data centres), and provides the anti-spam check and anonymous visit statistics (no cookies).
• Brevo (France) sends the emails: my notification and your confirmation.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept while we’re in contact. Once an enquiry is closed, it is deleted as soon as it is more than 24 months old.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing immersionchezflo@yahoo.com.
