I loved my time in Brittany speaking and learning French with Flo and visiting the historic and beautiful region surrounding the Gulf of Morbihan. I stayed in a comfortable 2 bedroom, fully equipped apartment at one end of a lovely, remodeled farm house that’s been there for hundreds of years. Flo’s morning classes were super well-organized and targeted toward specific difficulties I was having with my French. I was given loads of practice and resources to rapidly improve my French. Best of all, in the informal times at breakfast, lunch, and outings, Flo really supported me in discussing all manner of topics in French with her and her lovely family. I learned much about the history and culture of the area, and was even given a lesson in making true galettes de sarrazin by Flo’s husband! I came away with much more confidence in my French and was able to use that in the rest of my vacation in Brittany and Normandy. I strongly encourage anyone at any level wishing to learn, improve, or master their French to spend a week with Flo!
